Choose the exact tour before asking about menus
A menu available on a classic bus may not be available on every themed departure. Send your requirements with the product name, date and number of guests. Check whether an alternative menu carries a supplement.
Allow time for advance requests
Operators prepare food ahead of departure. Confirm the current notice deadline and how to submit the request. A note typed at the last moment may not be enough to arrange a suitable menu.
Separate preferences from allergies
Tell the provider about allergies explicitly and ask about preparation and cross-contact. A gluten-free option is not, by itself, a promise of suitability for every medical requirement. Use the operator’s specific answer to decide.
Check drinks and child menus
Look at which drinks are included and whether refills, alcoholic options or children’s alternatives differ. Confirm the whole party’s menus together so nobody discovers at boarding that the wrong selection was recorded.
